Departments and Roles
Primary roles include:
On Air Talent
- Presenters
- Resident DJs
Deliver clear, consistent on air content. Engage audiences, adhere to policy, and uphold broadcast standards.
Programming
- Show Producers
Design and manage show rundowns, research and bookings, scripting, and timing for compliant, consistent broadcasts.
Newsroom
- News Readers
- News Reporters
- News Writers
Produce accurate, balanced, and relevant news aligned to ethical standards and editorial policy.
Secondary Roles
Secondary roles include Marketing, Music Compiling, ICT, Audio Production, Human Resources, and Administration. These roles support the core broadcast mandate and enable sustainable operations.
